Traditional Kiwi style motel
Marina Court Motel consists of 2 accommodation blocks. One with studio and one-bedroom units and one across the yard, with 2 two-bedroom units. Long term available at owners discretion ( minimum 7 nights). Unit 8 and 3 are closest to the road.
Parking:
There is ample parking in front of the units and room for a visiting car or two. There is also room to park a trailer or a small truck. Larger trucks or a bus can be parked in the service lane behind the motel.
In the units:
All units have stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and Freeview TV with 8 channels. Unit 3 can accommodate a person in a wheelchair. The units are non-smoking units. Ashtrays and chairs provided outside.
Laundry room with coin operated washing machines, dryer and iron.
Free use of BBQ in the garden gazebo with views over the harbour.
Studio Unit
The studio unit is open plan with kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Ground floor.
One-Bedroom Unit
One-bedroom units have a separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen and ensuite. Upstairs or downstairs.
Two Bedroom Unit
The 2 bedroom units have a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. They also have a bed or a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen and ensuite
